TEXAS NOTICE: In compliance with Texas Law [Business & Commerce Code Title 5; Subsection C; Sec 109] as an entity that charges over a certain amount for removal of information, we are required to update “incomplete, outdated, or incorrect” information (including final case dispositions) within 45 days of notice and verification with the appropriate agency or court system. NOTE: This does *NOT* remove the information, it simply updates with the disposition of the case (guilty/innocent/dismissed/expunged).
